Welcome to our 6 bed 3 bath two storey villa which boasts a games room and wireless internet access. The villa is over 3000 square foot of unashamed luxury offering not only 6 bedrooms but ample living space for large groups. It is located in the new Sunrise Lakes community in Clermont on US 27 (North) just one mile from Interstate 192. The villa has been professionally furnished and is complete with absolutely everything you could possibly need to make your stay a truly memorable experience. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available free for your use. The rooms are arranged as 2 kings (one en suite) 1 Queen (downstairs) and 3 twin bedrooms. Altogether the villa will spaciously sleep 12. We are pleased to be able to offer our guests free calls, national and to many international areas.


At the back the villa features a generously sized pool and spa/jacuzzi. There is a spacious decking area with sun loungers and patio furniture and a covered lanai to provide shelter and shade. A coal BBQ is provided for your use. What better way to end a day at the parks than relaxing in the spa/jacuzzi or having a refreshing swim in your own private pool while waiting for the BBQ coals to heat? The pool area has stunning lake and conservation views making it the idyllic backdrop to the start or end of each day.


The villa is air conditioned throughout and the bedrooms and living areas all have ceiling fans for your comfort. It is also centrally heated - a facility you may want to make use of occasionally in December or January. Unusually the family area has a fireplace so that guests staying around the Thanksgiving or Christmas times can enjoy the homely comfort of a fire burning in the grate. There is a TV in the master bedroom and all other bedrooms are furnished with combined TV/DVD's. Downstairs there is a TV/VCR and a combined TV/DVD as well as a playstation 2 to keep the younger members of the party entertained. All rooms have cable tv.
